You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
2. Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@t3microgoods.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Some items are non-returnable, including opened hair tools and personalized products. Please check the product description for specific return information.
5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
